RESOURCES YOU NEED - NATURALLY
Extraction - Harvesting of trees from where they are grown to where they are processed into another usable form. Cat and Prentice Equipment is our choice for extraction. From Harvesters and Feller Bunchers to Skidders and Knuckle Boom Loaders and Tracks.
Fuel, Paper & Pulp Wood Chipping - The conversion of woody byproducts into wood chips typically 1/2" to 1". Equipment of choice at Pioneer is the Peterson Chippers and Debarkers, Woodsman Chippers, and Doppstadt Chippers and Trommel Screens.
Paper & Saw Mills - These firms take trees and convert them into another usable form. Paper mills make all forms of cardboard and paper products. While Saw mills make a variety of hard and soft wood dimensioned lumber. Pioneer offers Prentice Knuckle Boom Loaders, CAT Hydraulic FM Series Excavators modified for forestry applications.
Site Preparation - This segment prepares a building site for new construction. The site could require demolition of an existing structure or could be need clearing of virgin land. In this segment Peterson Horizontal Grinders handle the wood elements while Metso Crusher would recycle the concrete.
Mulch & Compost - Mulch is ground hardwood bark or soft wood that is rot resistant. Compost has benefits as a soil amendment and has added organic material. In this segment Peterson and Doppstadt Chippers - Shredders - Grinders, Doppstadt Trommel Screen and Woodsman Chippers are available.
Construction and Demolition Debris & Municipal Solid Waste - Where does all the construction debris go? Where does your household trash go after it leaves your property? Simple, to a transfer station that handles it prior to it being placed in a landfill. Devices called Picking Stations enable workers to sift through the discarded waste for reusable mental, plastic, glass, etc. Upon reduction the waste is processed using Slow Speed Shredders and High Speed Grinders reducing waste into smaller a more compressible form. Doppstadt Picking Station, Slow Speed Shredder, High Speed Grinder and Trommel Screens handle these waste options. While Peterson High Speed Grinders are used for primarily wood waste.
Rock Crushing & Concrete Recycling - High fuel prices have justified the on-site recycling of concrete and rock crushing vs. hauling it great distances to be crushed. Our pick is a Metso Impactor, Jaws and Cone Crusher, Screen, and Doppstadt Trommel Screen.
