HOSE SHOP
Hose assembly and repair is a valued service offered at Blanchard’s dedicated Hose Shops. A quality hose assembly starts with quality hose products. We stock a large inventory of Cat hose products that exceed industry standards. Cat hoses feature superior materials; higher temperature tolerances and less liner swell than industry standard hoses. Through impulse and other testing, Cat hoses have been engineered to exceed industry requirements. And, we carry a wide variety of couplings, enabling us to build quality assemblies for all brands of equipment.
We understand that when you need a hose, you usually need it now. Our hose shop has the tooling and expertise to build almost any assembly you’ll need on the spot. In fact, more often than not, we can have it ready in 30 minutes or less. We are a one-stop shop for replacement hoses for any machine.
A customer can have a hose assembly built or repaired by a Cat Certified Hose Technician. Our hose technicians are available to help a customer even after normal operating hours, which means Blanchard offers the hose assembly service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Upon assembly and after a hose is cut, a foam projectile is run through each end; the process is repeated after completion of the assembly. This removes 96.5% of all contaminates that could otherwise enter and seriously damage the hydraulic system.
FULL SERVICE HYDRAULIC SHOP
Our full-service hydraulics shop enables us to work on almost any cylinder from any machine with the built-in capability to test cylinders for proper operation up to 5,000 psi. Hydraulic cylinders up to 21’ long can be restored to original specs. Our built in capabilities include disassembly and assembly, inspection, resealing, honing, washing, rerodding, retubing, and testing. We also stock Cat Re-manufactured cylinders and rods for Cat applications
PUMPS & MOTORS
Our full service hydraulic shop also offers repairs and rebuilds on pumps and hydraulic motors. Our trained technicians will rebuild the hydraulic component back to Cat specs.
