CAT® SYSTEMONE™ UNDERCARRIAGE
The Cat SystemOne Undercarriage is a modern design to work and wear together. It's rotating bushing design increases bushing life and eliminates the need for a bushing turn or for any maintenance between track changes. Also eliminating link scalloping, ensuring users a more comfortable ride. Proven in the field, SystemOne can dramatically lower operating costs from 35% to 70%. Ideal for a variety of applications and environments including: logging, stumping, clearing, road building, side loping, fine grading, quarries, mines, sand, and more.
ENHANCED SEALED & LUBRICATED TRACK
The Sealed and Lubricated Track is loaded with features to lower cost. This design reduces or eliminates pin and bushing wear, and eliminates both track stretch and shakiness for a reduction in maintenance cost and downtime extend bushing and sprocket life and better idler rebuild ability for longer service life. To maximize system life and reduce maintenance cost further, a wet bushing turn can be performed, offering wear life on the second side equal to the first, provided the track is operated in similar conditions. Works best in low- to moderate- impact conditions. Ideal for a wide range of underfoot conditions.
HEAVY DUTY SEALED & LUBRICATED
The Heavy Duty Track is built to offset the effects of high impact loads and stresses, featuring redesigned links, pins and bushings that enhanced strength, durability and retention. In most underfoot conditions the heavy duty track can extend undercarriage system life. Other enhancements include improved track joint retention, seal ability and stronger components that resist breakage. By extending system wear life, the Heavy Duty Track lowers cost in the most extreme conditions compared to sealed and lubricated tracks. Works best in moderate to high impact conditions, ideal for logging/reforestation, side-sloping work, rocky conditions and any uneven terrain.
QUAD & TRI-LINK TRACK
With the Quad & Tri-link Track more durable design, you'll see peak loads more evenly distributed, reducing dry joints, and improving reliability. Works best in the most server high impact conditions and is ideal for logging, stumping, and work in rocky terrain or any application where shoe deflection is high.
POSITIVE PIN RETENTION TRACK
Positive Pin Retention Track features an exclusive Cat design that resists link end play, increases seal ability, and maximizes track life. Works best in high-impact and high-load applications.
ROTATION BUSHING TRACK
Rotating Bushing Track is a sealed and lubricated track that allows the bushings to rotate as they are driven by the sprocket, reducing bushing wear. This design eliminates bushing turn maintenance expense and sprocket replacement costs. Works Best in moderate to high abrasion areas and low to moderate impact conditions where system wear life with Sealed and Lubricated Track is 4,000 hours or less.
GREASE LUBRICATED TRACK LINK FOR EXCAVATORS
Grease and lubricated tracks contain grease between the pin and bushing to eliminate the contact and friction wear elements. Grease Lubricated tracks is designed for Cat hydraulic excavators for direct replacements for sealed link assemblies. The grease lubrication eliminates internal pin and bushing wear prematurely extending life by a minimum of 25 percent.
