Whenever you have a problem with your machine, take advantage of our new Customer Technical Communicator role to get the solutions you need. This service is complementary to all CVA holders and comes with a $100 per call charge to non-CVA customers. If the machine’s problem requires field service or to be brought into a Blanchard facility to repair, the $100 fee will be waived.
