Rental EPG Award Winner

When working in a business that deals with emergency preparedness, one needs to understand the importance of always upholding a service ethic that inspires others.  There are many times where our Blanchard Energy Rental Team goes above and beyond the call of duty to support customers and/or fellow dealers in a time of need.  These team members show genuine concern for others and the Cat Rental Power Team likes to recognize them each year with the Bruce Stokdyk Award by allowing dealers across the globe to nominate the finalists.

This year’s winner is our very own EPG Rental Coordinator, Angela Plaugh.  She was nominated by 3 different dealerships.

Nomination #1

 I’d like to nominate Angela Plaugh for this year’s Stokdyk Award.  She is an integral part of our team here at Blanchard, and she is a valuable resource to the entire CAT Network.  Her dedication and commitment to this business continues to shine year after year, while her knowledge and professionalism continue to help her exceed customer expectations.  I’m proud to call her my teammate, but most importantly my friend.  Please give her the utmost consideration for this year’s award, as she embodies what CAT Rental Power is all about.

I would like to nominate Angela Plaugh with Blanchard CAT to receive this award.  All the dealing we have with the CAT network, Angela shines.  No matter what time it is, what she already has on her plate, she always comes through and makes you feel like your rental request is the only
thing she is focused and won’t rest until she exceeds your expectations.  “She is a Star” and should be recognized for her: Passion, Dedication and Commitment.

Angela for years has been my go to at Blanchard. Her sense of urgency and calming demeanor has always made me feel confident that my job is going to get done right and within the timeframe. Angela is always available and more than happy to help even on her days off. This hurricane season she proved once again her value to Blanchard and the Cat network. She is truly an irreplaceable asset.
