With over 30 drop-off parts box locations, you can be assured convenient parts pick-up. We can also ship parts directly to you. For a minimal fee, any part weighing 50 lbs. or less can be delivered to the Parts Express Drop Box closest to you.

These shuttle trucks transport parts between Caterpillar’s Parts Depot located in Atlanta, GA and our South Carolina locations. This makes it possible for us to fill 97 percent of parts orders within 24 hours. And in the unlikely event we don’t have the part you need in stock, we’ll locate it for you and have it ready to ship within 24 hours. That’s service and speed that you can count on.
